{"id":5522,"date":"2025-12-31T18:42:36","date_gmt":"2025-12-31T21:42:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elliberador.com\/?p=5522"},"modified":"2025-12-31T18:42:38","modified_gmt":"2025-12-31T21:42:38","slug":"afa-le-transfirio-todos-los-premios-del-mundial-obtenido-por-la-seleccion-en-qatar-a-la-empresa-de-faroni-y-su-mujer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elliberador.com\/index.php\/2025\/12\/31\/afa-le-transfirio-todos-los-premios-del-mundial-obtenido-por-la-seleccion-en-qatar-a-la-empresa-de-faroni-y-su-mujer\/","title":{"rendered":"AFA le transfiri\u00f3 todos los premios del mundial obtenido por la selecci\u00f3n en Qatar a la empresa de Faroni y su mujer"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1) La ruta del dinero: de Qatar 2022 a una cuenta afuera<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El dato que encendi\u00f3 la alarma p\u00fablica es directo: <strong>TN report\u00f3 que \u201cla justicia detect\u00f3\u201d que los premios millonarios por ganar Qatar 2022 fueron girados a TourProdEnter LLC en el exterior<\/strong>, por <strong>US$40 millones<\/strong> (30 FIFA + 10 Conmebol), y que <strong>no habr\u00eda registro de ingreso a la Argentina<\/strong> en memorias o balances de AFA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A partir de ah\u00ed, se abre la pregunta inc\u00f3moda: <strong>\u00bfpor qu\u00e9 el premio deportivo m\u00e1s importante de la historia argentina habr\u00eda terminado canalizado por un intermediario privado en Estados Unidos?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video height=\"720\" style=\"aspect-ratio: 1280 \/ 720;\" width=\"1280\" controls src=\"https:\/\/elliberador.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/TWMate.com-7f89bbf61ef45ba91bfcb25b64d0a45f.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2) Confirmaci\u00f3n societaria: TourProdEnter LLC figura a nombre\/gesti\u00f3n de \u00c9rica Gillette<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ac\u00e1 hay un punto verificable en registros p\u00fablicos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>En el <strong>registro de la Florida Division of Corporations (Sunbiz)<\/strong>, <strong>TOURPRODENTER LLC<\/strong> aparece como entidad activa, y en \u201cAuthorized Person(s)\u201d figura <strong>GILLETTE, ERICA GABRIELLA<\/strong> con el t\u00edtulo <strong>MGR (manager)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>La Naci\u00f3n<\/strong> la presenta como <strong>esposa de Javier Faroni<\/strong> y afirma que <strong>\u201cejerce el control legal\u201d<\/strong> de la firma TourProdEnter LLC.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Con esos dos elementos, lo correcto es afirmarlo as\u00ed: <strong>TourProdEnter LLC est\u00e1 administrada legalmente por \u00c9rica (Gabriella) Gillette<\/strong>, y <strong>medios de primera l\u00ednea la identifican como la esposa de Faroni<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3) El incentivo del \u201ccepo\u201d: la sospecha sobre el tipo de cambio<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Hay un componente que vuelve m\u00e1s sensible el caso: en 2022 la brecha con el d\u00f3lar paralelo era alt\u00edsima y, si los d\u00f3lares quedaban afuera mientras se pagaba en pesos al tipo de cambio oficial, <strong>podr\u00eda existir un beneficio financiero<\/strong>. El canal sostuvo que <strong>la Justicia debe determinar<\/strong> si los d\u00f3lares quedaron fuera del pa\u00eds y c\u00f3mo se pag\u00f3 a los jugadores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4) La investigaci\u00f3n judicial y la respuesta del entorno Faroni<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En paralelo, la causa creci\u00f3 con medidas judiciales y operativos.
